Doug Kinsey brings more than 30 years of federal public service experience in science, innovation policy and economic development. He previously served as the senior representative for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada in the Pacific Region, working across government, research and industry.

His governance experience includes roles with BC Technology for Learning Society, Science World, the BC Federal Council and Genome BC. Doug holds a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University.
