QAI and UVic Awarded Provincial Funding to Advance Quantum Skills Training

QAI, in partnership with the University of Victoria, has been awarded a $67,000 grant from the BC Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills to support the development of a new micro-credential in Quantum Software Development. This funding is part of a broader provincial investment in future-ready skills and will enable the continued development and delivery of QAI’s quantum bootcamp programming. The initiative reflects growing recognition of the importance of quantum technologies and reinforces QAI’s role in advancing accessible, industry-relevant quantum education in British Columbia.
